Trauma can have negative, long-lasting effects on a person's life, including their ability to trust, maintain healthy boundaries + relationships, and feel safe.

I work with survivors of emotional, sexual, and/or physical violence + abuse in rebuilding their lives. I can support you in working toward healing by helping you create goals, practice coping skills, and process the trauma.
Conflicting family, religious, and cultural expectations around sexuality and gender can lead to isolation, shame, and self-loathing.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your sexual or romantic orientation and gender identity. Regardless of where you fall on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, my focus is on helping you find stability, joy, and self-acceptance.
For clients with whom I have established a therapeutic relationship, I am able to provide documentation to support a change in immigration status. This may include support letters for U-Visa or VAWA applicants, mental health assessments, and/or psychoeducational materials.

Please note I only provide legal advocacy to individuals I have seen in counseling.
