Accessible Futures: Incorporating Disability Justice into Therapy
This virtual training is designed to help therapists move beyond basic accommodations and into truly liberatory, disability-affirming care. We’ll explore the principles of Disability Justice, the intersections of LGBTQ+ and disabled experiences, and how to create therapy spaces rooted in access, dignity, and interdependence.
This training is ideal for therapists who want to strengthen their practice and better serve disabled client and communities.

Continuing Education Disclaimer:
This training is designed for mental health professionals. Continuing education (CE) credit is subject to individual licensing board rules and jurisdiction. This training is eligible for CE credit in Texas for LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs, in accordance with the Boards’ Continuing Education “50% Rule.” Texas Psychologists are also eligible for CE credit, though these hours would not count under the Continuing Education “50% Rule.” Participants licensed outside of Texas are responsible for confirming CE eligibility with their licensing board prior to registration. CE credit is awarded for full attendance and completion of required post-training evaluation.
