wHAT IS PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING?

Psychological testing is a formal assessment process that helps identify patterns in thinking, behavior, emotions, learning, and functioning. Evaluations can provide insight into challenges you may be experiencing while also highlighting your strengths.

Testing may include clinical interviews, questionnaires, rating scales, attention and executive functioning measures, and cognitive, personality, and emotional functioning assessments.

Our approach is collaborative and trauma-informed—it’s not about “fixing” you, but helping you understand yourself more fully.

Why get tested?

There are many great reasons to get psychological testing. Maybe you’ve always felt “different” but didn’t know why, or you struggle to focus at school, or your past diagnoses just never felt quite right. If you want a deeper understanding of your mental health and needs, testing can help. We provide evaluations for:

  • ADHD

  • Autism spectrum disorder

  • Learning disabilities

  • Diagnostic clarification

  • Executive functioning concerns

  • Academic or workplace accommodations
